Our process includes:

When making a booking, a quotation will be given on the number of words.

A 50% payment must be paid before any editing can begin as per company policy. The remaining 50% must be paid before the document is released to you.

Booking must be made as far in advance as possible. We do take last-minute requests based on availability and time feasibility.

Our editing suggestions will all be done in track change and comments as we believe that the author must have the final say. Thus we work per email on word documents only.

The editing will be done as fast as possible. The time will depend on the length of your manuscript and the availability of our editors (which will be discussed with the booking).

After the document has been sent back, the author will be given a specific time (depending on the length of the manuscript and the number of problems) to make the changes to the document and send it back. The manuscript will be edited a second time at no extra charge.
